Our Promise

Our vehicles come with a 7-year or 100,000-mile manufacturer warranty (whichever comes first), starting from the date of first registration — so you can drive with confidence from day one.
For added reassurance, the high-voltage battery is covered for 8 years or 124,000 miles, supporting long-term ownership with complete confidence.

During the warranty period, Changan UK will cover the full labour time and material costs associated with approved warranty repairs that are completed by an authorised Changan Dealership. This ensures that any manufacturing-related faults are resolved promptly and appropriately, without additional expense to you.

To support you throughout your ownership journey, we have developed a comprehensive network of authorised Changan Dealerships across the UK.

Each Dealership is fully trained in the latest Changan technologies and equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, specialised equipment, and genuine Changan components. 
This ensures every inspection, repair, and maintenance procedure is carried out to the highest professional standard.

Your Responsibility

Maintaining your vehicle with the correct oils, fluids, and service parts helps ensure long-lasting performance. We recommend using genuine Changan parts, accessories, and lubricants designed specifically for your vehicle, helping to protect its quality and warranty coverage.

If you notice anything unusual, your authorised Changan UK dealership is always ready to help. Reporting concerns early allows them to be resolved quickly, keeping your vehicle performing at its best and supporting your continued warranty protection.
