No, we do not provide a tracking service. However, we are working on making this technology available soon. Currently, you are protected by a Thatcham Category 1 alarm and immobiliser.
How often will a service be needed?
Every 12 months or 12,000miles whichever is sooner.
I have run out of charge and cannot unlock the car.
There are steps detailed in the Deepal S05 User Manual on pages 231-233 that guide you to manually open the doors from either the inside or outside. From the outside you can use the emergency unlocking device. 1. Open the left rear bumper access cover 2. Connect an external power supply: red (+) to the positive terminals and black (–) to the negative terminal 3. Once connected, unlock the vehicle immediately, then disconnect the power supply Important: • Do not let the cables touch metal parts of the vehicle to avoid a short circuit. • Do not leave the external power supply connected for more than 30 seconds.
